Dallas' Four-Goal Shutout Halts Blackhawks' Momentum as Chicago Searches for More Offensive Pressure

CHICAGO — The Blackhawks entered Saturday night's game against Dallas with a chance to extend a two-game winning streak. Instead, the visiting Stars left the United Center with a 4-0 victory and a reminder that Chicago's recent improvements have not eliminated the gap between flashes of good play and a reliable 60-minute performance. The defeat dropped the Blackhawks to 3-6-0, while Dallas improved to 4-3-1.
