Nebraska’s Closing Runs Separate No. 1 Huskers From Northwestern

EVANSTON, Ill. — Northwestern reached 17–17 against the nation's top-ranked volleyball team, with the opening set still available and Welsh-Ryan Arena providing a substantial stage. Nebraska then won eight consecutive points. A set that had been level ended 25–17, and the Huskers carried that separation into a straight-set victory on October 15.
